Some users may see this message in the KEYDIY APP when trying to activate MQB/BDC2 functions on their KD-X4 device:
“I can’t recharge my balance to activate MQB/MLB functions on my KD X4 device.”
Why Does This Happen?
Currently, KD Coins recharge is temporarily not supported on iOS devices due to App Store payment restrictions. As a result, iPhone and iPad users may be unable to complete in-app purchases for function activation.
How to Fix This Issue
You have two simple solutions:
✅ Option 1: Use an Android Device (Recommended)
Log in to your KEYDIY account on an Android phone or tablet, then recharge KD Coins directly in the app.
Once the balance is added, it will sync automatically to your KD-X4 device.
✅ Option 2: Contact Us for Manual Recharge
If you do not have access to an Android device, contact our support team. We can assist you with manual KD Coins recharge so you can activate MQB/MLB functions without delay.
