For KEYDIY KD X4 PC Software, I am using a Windows 11 PC with a wired connection. The software update was completed successfully, and the firmware update was also successful.
However, when I select IMMO Programming → Volkswagen → Select by Type → 5C/5D Immobilizer System and tap Start, a “Login Reminder” message appears. After that, the process cannot continue, and the operation gets stuck at this step.
In addition, I am experiencing a Bluetooth connection problem. The device is not being detected when attempting to connect via Bluetooth.
I have attached several photos in this email for reference. At this point, I am unable to proceed further. Could you please review the attached images and help me identify and resolve these issues?

The PC version is not yet available.Use Phone APP.
Location services and Bluetooth permissions need to be enabled on the phone. Also, only one phone can connect at a time.
