For KEYDIY KD Remote of MQB Type, i have problem with kd zb mqb keys that they cannot start the non keyless car after programming the car immo coil cannot detect the key when learning the key i need to take out the pcb and put it directly onoto the car immo coil so it will learn

Then please check

1. If you didn’t get it right, turn off the power for five minutes and try again.

2. If Key is learned, but cannot start the car because the transponder signal is to weak.

If you find yourself having to remove the PCB from the shell just to get the car to “learn” the transponder, you aren’t alone. Here is why it happens and how to fix it without reaching for the grinder.

The Problem: The “Weak Signal” Mystery

Many technicians assume the transponder chip is faulty. However, the reality is usually physical interference. On certain MQB-style aftermarket shells, the distance between the transponder induction coil on the PCB and the car’s ignition barrel is just a few millimeters too far.

This part could be shortened a bit.

In some cases, the plastic casing or the metal flip-blade assembly acts as a shield, dampening the signal. This is why the key works perfectly when the PCB is held directly against the coil, but fails once reassembled.

If you are tired of signal drops, the KD ZB15 is the recommended alternative. Unlike generic MQB shells, the ZB15 is engineered to mimic the dimensions and signal pathways of Original Equipment (OE) shells.
